This Privacy Policy describes how Omnisystems LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 10685-B Hazelhurst Dr. #18002, Houston, TX 77043, collects, uses, and protects your personal data on the PPC Hired platform ("Platform"). We comply with GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), and equivalent US laws. Data Controller: account@ppchired.com.

1. Data We Collect

  • Personal Data: Name, email, contact info, resume/CV, Google Ads data, transparency scores.
  • Account Data: Username, password, preferences.
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, interactions.
  • Payment Data: For paid services, processed via third-party providers (not stored by us).
  • Candidate/Employer Data: Job postings, profiles, messages; private unless user grants permission in Platform.

We do not collect sensitive data (e.g., race, health) unless required.

2. How We Collect Data

  • Directly from you: Registration, profiles, interactions.
  • Automatically: Cookies, logs, analytics tools.
  • Third Parties: Google Ads integration (with consent).

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process data to:

  • Provide Platform services (connect PPC professionals/employers).
  • Verify identities/scores.
  • Process payments.
  • Improve Platform (analytics).
  • Comply with law.
  • Marketing (with consent).

Legal bases (GDPR): Consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., security), legal obligations.

4. Sharing Data

  • With users: Only as permitted (e.g., matching).
  • Service providers: Hosting, analytics, payments (bound by contracts), including GA4, Google Ads, Meta, HighLevel, GTM for analytics/marketing.
  • Legal: If required by law, mergers, or protection of rights.
  • No sale of data (CCPA: opt-out not needed as no sales).

International transfers: To US; use EU Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR adequacy.

Retain as needed for purposes (e.g., active accounts indefinitely; deleted data removed within 30 days). Comply with legal retention.
