These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PPC Hired platform ("Platform"), operated by Omnisystems LLC, located at 10685-B Hazelhurst Dr. #18002, Houston, TX 77043 ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Sign-up, candidate registration, and job posting are free. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Services

The Platform connects verified PPC professionals with employers using Google Ads data and transparency scores. Basic features are free. Paid additional services may be available, subject to separate payment terms.

4. User Content and Conduct

All data provided by candidates and employers is private unless permission is granted within the Platform.
Candidate data must be your own original work, not plagiarized, from third parties, fake, stolen, or misattributed. Violations result in immediate lifetime ban.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for Platform operations.
Prohibited conduct includes: data misuse, harassment, spam, illegal activities, or interfering with the Platform.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein.

6. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the Platform and its content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without our consent.

7. Payments

For paid services, you agree to pay fees as specified. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
