Transparency Score
Every job posting on PPCHired receives a transparency score based on how complete and honest the listing is.
What is the Transparency Score?
The transparency score is a 0-100% rating that shows candidates how complete and forthcoming an employer's job posting is. Higher scores mean the employer has provided more details about salary, team structure, expectations, and honest context about the role.
Unlike traditional job boards where employers hide critical information, PPCHired rewards transparency. This creates a race to the top where employers compete to be more open, not less.

Why It Matters

For Employers
Stand out by being transparent. High transparency scores attract better candidates who self-select based on actual fit, reducing wasted interviews and improving hire quality.
